COASTAL ROWING
The waters adjacent the club are ideally situated for coastal rowing, so the club has embarked on a new project - the building of a St Ayles Skiff.
Hull number 266 is currently being constructed in the Boat store at TSC by an enthusiastic group of club members. The Skiff is now nearing completion; the first coats of paint have been applied and we're looking good for launch this season.
Coastal rowing is a sport for all ages and, with over 170 skiffs having been built by Scottish clubs since 2010, it has a massive following - why not be part of it?
The clubhouse is situated adjacent to a broad open bay with slipways for easy access to the sea. The clubhouse offers changing rooms with toilets, showers and hot water, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and common meeting area.
